JURISDICTION AND AUTHORITY For any problem
regarding the reservation and the lease,
the jurisdiction is Florence. The Italian
law is applied. The signing of the lease
and the reservation itself imply the
knowledge of our general conditions and
their acceptance without reserves or
exceptions. If some conditions of this
contract were or will not be valid, or if
there might be a blank, the validity of
the remaining conditions cannot be
contested.
