RESPONSIBILITIES
The
vacationer, upon his/her arrival, has to
check that the accommodation corresponds
to the descriptions. He/she will receive a
form with a declaration of acceptance,
that he/she will sign, once he/she has
ascertained the truth of the descriptions
given at the time of the
reservation.
If there
are some contradictions between the
descriptions and the actual condition of
the accommodation, the vacationer, by
Monday and not after, must submit to us a
written complaint. If we are not able to
find a solution, the vacationer must give
us the necessary time to solve the
problem. If for this reason, or for
circumstances beyond our control (such as
fires, floods, disasters, etc.) we have to
transfer the vacationer in another
accommodation, and if the price of this
accommodation is less that his/her
reservation, we will pay back the
difference.
